By using Plushpedia ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Plushpedia identifies stuffed animals from a photo and returns a name, type, a short story, and fun facts. Results are generated by AI for entertainment and are provided "as is" — they may not always be accurate.

Free use & Premium subscription

• You can use Plushpedia for free with a limited number of scans per day and a limited saved collection.
• Plushpedia Premium unlocks unlimited scans, an unlimited collection, and sharing your whole collection. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99/month or $19.99/year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours beforehand. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings (or, for web subscriptions, via the billing email you used). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple, Google, or Stripe account at confirmation.

Acceptable use

Scan stuffed animals and plush toys. Don't upload content that isn't a child-appropriate plush toy, and don't misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plushpedia is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
